Capitec life cover

Good morning My complain is still about capitec life cover policy LP***7, today i have called customer care through banking app to check if they have received the report form from the doctor if not i have also send the email yesterday with the same report from the Doctor who was treating my wife. The consultant told me that if the email was sent on Friday, they will see it but when is not known. Last time i was called to assist to get the Doctor to finish with the report and now when the report is done the claims department is unreachable, no direct line to the department and email are being attended to I don't know what to do anymore because the claim was initially submitted on the 4 February 2026. i am disappointed with the service because this has taken long and no one cares.
