Capitec Licnse renewal failure

I treid renew my vehicle license on the Capitec app on 25 September. The transaction came up with and error but still deducted the full amount from my account. I filed a query number *** to get the money refunded since could not retry the transaction and renewd the dask at the licnsing department. Using the Whatsapp I followed uop and the query just showed in progress, the was just closed. I still have not received a refund !
