Capitec License Renewal
I did my car and trailer license through Capitec, paid the 7 September 2024. I didn't hear anything until the 18 September when they said it would be delivered by Good day, Brima will deliver your RTMC vehicle licence parcel today, please ensure someone is at the delivery address with their ID to accept it! It's expiring on Sunday 22 September! Got a number to phone to get my tracking number but the person is not available!! Will never do my license through Capitec again! Very dissatisfied and won't recommend them😡

I would like all my fees and delivery paid for back! I'm seriously considering to close my account and rather go to another bank! This is not acceptable! PEOPLE DON'T USE CAPITEC BANK
