CAPITEC LICENSE DISC RENEWAL HELL

An *********** bank like capitec that has an unknown turnaround time for disk renewal issuing. It's distasteful that after a month and 2 weeks no one seems to know when I will be receiving my disk which was paid for in full on the 18th of July thinking the service would be seamless. I'm unhappy about capitec level of care regarding my issue. Zero empathy, zero sense of urgency and zero feedback after I've made 9 calls to the bank and getting different stories. One agent even gave me a bogus waybill number to fool me even further. Use the banks license disc renewal service at your own risk.
