Capitec Liberty Midlands Mall

On Saturday the 28th May, I walked all the way through the massive Liberty Mall, to deposit R200 into another business account as a favour to my grand child. I previously had massive pains on my knees, which must be operated on, by the time I got there, I was limping and in pain. , I first noticed the ATM has a sign to say out of order, I spoke to the gentleman at the door who rep**** the ATM is presently being repaired, I asked if i can go inside and deposit he said no i should go to Checkers, there is no Checkers in the main part of the mall, my knees were throbbing, without regret he turned around without acknowledging I am still there,. I am 69 years old and he took the fun out of both my grand children''day as i could no longer walk. What was there if he allowed me into this almost empty bank, I am so disappointed because along with sore knees i had a panic attack as my grand child may not believe the bank would not take her deposit. Capitec ,you do not have the monopoly of bankers so please tread carefully. Something has got to be done about your lack of customer care
