Capitec let me down

I'm very disappointed with capitec ,I just recently finished a loan i took from them 2years ago .I'm a loyal customer i didn't miss a single month but now I need another loan i went to different branches they told me they can't give me a loan anymore they changed their rule over the year not to give call center stuff ,they gave me direct loans number and those people never picks up the phone ,plus they promise to call you back but they never call you back ,I'm very disappointed and i don't know what to do or who to turn to now since my own bank can't help me.
