My banking details were compromised, as well as my bank app on my phone, at Gun point, for 12 hours, was held hostage, significant money was *****ulently with-drawn from my card and transferred from my banking app, Capitec response, ''Sorry for your lose, unfortunately we cannot assist as you divulged your bank card pin and app log in code''. The same incident, company banking app was also *****ulently transferred and withdrawn from the company bank card, with a very detailed and thorough investigation from FNB, all money that was *****ulently ****** was reimbursed, hats off to FNB, they were absolutely outstanding, there customer support, continuous updates, IT MAY NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE BUT AS FAR AS I GO I ENCOURAGE FAMILY, FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY FROM CAPITEC, ****TEC BANK
