Capitec lawyers making my life miserable

I have been under debt review for almost three years. Finfix assisted me with the process. I have been paying the agreed debt review instalment each month. Never skipped a payment. For the last 2 months I have been getting calls from Capitec saying that they do not receive their payments. I have made several calls to Finfix to assist me in sorting this out. Evertime I get the same reply that they are trying to sort it out. Meanwhile Capitec Lawyers keep calling me on a daily base. Today even at work - 3 times. All of this despite the fact that I never skipped any installment. I have all my statements as well as the court letter stating the agreed amount that needs to be paid. Everything is up to date yet Capitec lawyers is making my life miserable.
