Capitec Keywest - Rainier

If it was not for Rainier at Keywest Capitec I would have closed my Capitec account which I have had for years! I have been sent everywhere and nowhere to try and resolve an issue and all this could have been avoided if all the consultants at Capitec were better trained! Based on my experience I can firmly say that 1 in 4 Capitec consultants value customer service!
