Capitec Karaglen

I'm not usually one to go online to complain about staff being rude (because I do belive people have their bad days) but it's now the 2nd time being helped by a lady named Relebogile and I feel this can't go unsaid! She has the WORST ATTITUDE EVER! She addresses a person very inappropriatly... Sits like she's on holiday... Doesn't listen to what a person has to say.. I had a problem with my capitec app so I had to visit my nearest branch only for this lady to tell me my phone is the problem (but it's a brand new phone) and suggests I take my phone in to the service provider.. then after 10 mins a friendly lady approaches us (that works there) to say it could be signal as they do struggle with that. When I approached her about her attitude (she had the look of.. "if looks could kill") she did not even have the audacity to apologize for her unprofessional behavior.

I mean why work in this industry if you can't do it with a smile or BE FRIENDLY!! I see people complaining about the rudeness of the staff of this branch... So @management of capitec Karaglen... When are you going to take action????
