Capitec just dont get back to me

I have posted a review not long ago where capitec promised to resolve it however till date nothing. I had a loan many years ago. That loan has been handed over and is now prescribed. the attorneys told me that Capitec needs to issue the letter for prescription however till date nothing and my account is still frozen with capitec. Can someone assist me that is capable and competent please
