Capitec just don't give a f**k about their customers

<p>I'm not even going to try and be nice anymore this is the most **** p00r service ever!!!!!! No response!!!! Even after 2 posted hellopeters, and a few follow-up replies to the first complaint, no response... When I need you then you are nowhere to be found but when you want to take my money then boom bam you're there.... This is the worst service ever and I will take this further.... Is it so ****ing hard to pick up the god**** phone and say hallo sorry for the inconvinience but this is why or hello the matter has been resolved? No it is not because I do that for a living!!!!!!!! So sorry to say but I cannot talk highly of Capitec anymore.... I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.... Which I'm very sad to do because before this I never had a problem with Capitec but now you just proved to me that you don't actually care about your clients... Customer Care/ Service there is no care or service from Capitec!!!!! If I could I would give Capitec a -10 stars rating</p>
