Capitec just do what they want!!!!

Good day. So about three months ago I app**** for a credit card with this bank. Then they told me I need more credit and 3 months payslips so I got that. Just to learn that last year on 3rd October 2023 they did put a prevent loan status on my account but on the 4th they granted me a loan.which I have been paying every month.So now without any warning or communication they just went and dit it. When I asked the branch as well as the branch manager no one had answers. We then phoned 4 different departments from the bank and had to hold on at one stage 25 minutes and still no response which is just a joke.Now it is effecting my credit score which is actually not even my fault. So my question is how is this allowed?? And if I didn’t go into the bank would I have ever have been notified??
