Capitec it is a Unprofessional and a piece of Trash

I app**** a personal loan at Capitec Key West Branch Krugersdorp and a Consultant assisted me captured my pay date on the system incorrectly. Capitec for the past 3 months couldn't debit from my account as the pay date was wrong but still managed to get money after 3 days on my account.Their consultant from head office phone me to update the correct pay date over the phone and he changed my loan term without my authorisation . I HAVE NEVER MISSED ANY PAYMENT.
