Capitec issue!

This is now the 3rd time this has happened and im sick of it. Hertz car rental has lifted the hold on my deposit, which is now needed by me. I have made arrangements with hertz who has done the effort to lift the hold. Speaking to an consultant who tells me i have to wait a few days to have it lifted, its my money in my account after all! Why with letters from car rental to have it lifted? Hertz has sent lift order to capitec. Im giving Capitec till 11 oclock tomorrow morning to lift this deposit or i WILL shut down my account as iv just about had it. This is the 3rd time now. Sort it out as capitec does me no favours or effort free service, although my offs**** salary gets dumped in to the account every month i will rather pay higher account fees than battle with an out dated system! 11 oclock is my final call!
