Capitec isn't safe

Today i got up to a message on my phone stating I did a online purchase like really again, for R464.37 imagine my shock as I already got short paid, I just lost my husband in August 2025 I do everything myself for my 5 kids the most important thing to me is the roof over our heads which is R3500 a month,how can I do a online purchase when I only got paid about 2600 after debit orders it's even less and now this, I tried the call centre well the agent she consistently tells me I did it it's just frustrating, life like this is hard I can't make days I feel like removing myself from this earth and now capitec just added to my load, I need someone to call me urgently ***
