Capitec is Worst pathetic and untruthful **** of a bank!

Capitec is ****ming people and telling customers lies!!! I made a payment from Capitec to Capitec account....the account number was correct but my friend didnt get the money...so I paid her from another account to this same Capitec acc of my friend,she got it,coz I made an immediate payment. In a nutshell,after 3 days money not returned to me, nor did my friend get it, Capitec consultant tell me ja the acc number of my friend is actually a Standard bank business account number(my friend dont have a business acc) +I used the exact same capitec acc of my friend plenty times before!! I insisted I wanted my money back returned to my Capitec acc...lodge an incident,communicated via their whatsapp number,Capitec consultant said it would take 3to7 days before the what they call 'recall" in order for the money to be returned to my acc. Capitec deducted a further R160 from my acc to process this "recall" just to tell me in the end it was unsuccessfull mxm...I never got my money back to this day....Capitec is a **** of a bank with thee most suspicious info they provide and tcome up with why money is missing in your acc...
