Capitec is worse and I am about to lose my Money

My Mother transferred money to my Capitec from Nedbank account they been battling to release that money even though I sent them all the documentation that they requested. I been more than 5 days the bank has been generation interest with my money, and I am living in fear because customers are complaining that their monies just disappear. I need to pay my suppliers and I cannot because my mother was rescuing me. The consultants are very arrogant and untouchable.
