Capitec is withholding my money.

The worst bank if you plan on making international transfers! The customer service from their Forex Dept is horrible! Capitec has blocked my income from entering my account and no one from the Forex team is willing to listen and help me resolve the issue, I have made calls, sent all documents they wanted, sent emails, but I always get an annoyed person who drops the phone on me without resolving the issue. And I can't walk into a branch because I'm in a different country, but no one is hearing that either. I can't believe how much trouble this has been. Every month when I get paid I look forward to a horrible experience with a bank... A bank!
