Capitec is withholding me from using my online banking. and my money!!!

SELFIE ACCESS DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

I've been with Capitec Bank client since 2015! and this will be the very first complaint that I have with Capitec BUT THIS IS A HUNORMOUS PROBLEM for me!!!

I Simply cannot access my online banking or do payments over a certain amount on my App!

I'm Trusting Capitec Bank with MY MONEY!! BUT I CAN'T USE IT????????

About a month ago I went to my nearest Capitec to remove the SELFIE Q#&*$%TO#*&G@FH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I was told that it cannot be done! so I asked the lady to take a new photo of me BUT STILL the Selfie access @@#*(^$&^# is not working!!!!!?????

How do you have the right then to deny me access to my account!!?? MY MONEY??? who are you to decide how much money I'm allowed to send??????

I want this selfie *****nse to be removed!!
