Capitec is very disappointing
I am a Capitec Bank client. my account was debited almost my whole salary by an unknown company. i tried to dispute the debit but was saying the debit cannot be disputed. i went to the branch yesterday (26.11.2024) to get clarity. unfortunately they couldn't help me, they couldn't trace the company. how is that possible that the bank cant trace anything?

04 Dec 2024, 14:45I am still not happy! how can someone debit money in my account and the bank cant see who they are? the bank can only see that i authorized them to debit money in my account but the bank cant see the agreement between me and those people/company. and if i authorized them in September 2023, why then now after a year.
