Capitec is very annoying

I am so annoyed just when i was about to receive money for my 1 year old baby girl for her necessities the person who sent the money kept asking if i had received it because it was sent long ago and when i went to check on my capitec app ALL my accounts are GONE… CAPITEC FIX THIS AND I NEED MY ACCOUNTS WITH MY MONEY BACK ASAP
