Capitec is uselss and pathetic

So once again thus is the pathetic service you can expecr from Capitec. I was contacted last week and was told that they would get back to me regarding my last comaint, but it sees like they only tell you that to get you to keep quiet............... Thanks alot Capitec...... According to me you are now the worts bank out there.

So my initial problem was that Capitec bank is refusing me to use my oen money in my account. How is this fair in the times that we are in now.

This is truly pathetic an useless from Capitec.
