Capitec is useless with online shopping

Capitec is useless I placed an order online with woolies n made payment n order was collected, then woolies debit again n I called them they sorted the matter immediately n sent capitec the latter to confirm payment was made, now capitec is refusing to release my account even though they have proof they telling me the issue needs to be resolved by card department which thy say it will take 7-14days others say 30days how *********** while everything has been sent to them the only thing I have is this stupid ref ***8 funny part is that 2 weeks back Sabelo assisted and the issue was resolved immediately these other stupid agents they don't know how to do their job..... No more placing orders with Capitec coz it's useless I'm going to use standard bank coz I've never had this issue before.
