CAPITEC IS USELESS, GREEDY ****S!
So if you chat to Capitec on Whatsapp ne... And you choose the top clients option and then choose the ***** Query option ne... And THEN choose to chat to a LIVE AGENT, A LIVE HUMAN AGENT, you'll get told that 'we cannot assist with ***** on this platform' WHAT IN THE ACTUAL ****???? After 2 days of sending 8 emails to this useless bank and getting NO help I decided to revert to the above. Because who THE **** has THAT much airtime to call and be placed on hold until kingdom comes??? And their site doesn't have normal live chat like others nor do they have a toll free number so WHAT THE ****!? But let my query have something to do with them taking money OFF my account? Then they ****EN jump cause they GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY ****S! **** CAPITEC! THEIR MOTHERS ****!

Having said that.
May you give Mbasa Kama is raise or better still, make her a manager because someone like her is who should be leading your people cause she knows what she's doing and she's extremely helpful as opposed to Janine who I ALSO spoke to yesterday on Whatsapp but was unhelpful.
