Capitec is useless!

A client paid a big amount with a card. 5 days later and the money doesn't reflect in our account. Capitec decided to pur a hold on our money. Meanwhile, our clients think that we used their money or ran away with their money because we faild to show up with the stock. Documentation was sent 6 days ago and numerous call were made. Capitec is the worst bank ever! Rather go to FNB. Much better service feom FNB.
