Capitec is useless

The worst bank ever, my little brother who is only 19yrs old just completed his matric experienced a worst treatment ever, a debit order of R399 was taken on his account, taking to him he said he has never ever consent to any debit orders to go through because he is not working, he called the useless bank they told him they can't help him with anything, he even went to the branch they told him that same ****tu excuse that they won't be able to help him he must call clientele. My issue is with all the ****s that are taking place, a well established bank can't make any reversals which means ******** can access my account and debit and capitec won't be able to reverse. If they can't assist what's the point of their existence, I should feel that my money is safe with my bank, and should any debit orders goes off my bank will be able to reverse.
