Capitec is useless

Useless bank. I will make sure that everyone I know leave this useless bank. My aunt deposited an amount of R20k to a wrong account, and reported the matter within an hour. She was told that they would freeze an account, but later when asked for an update, she was told that the account owner withdrew an amount. She was advised that she should log a complaint, and she did that. Today she was told that there isn’t anything that Capitec can do. My aunt hasn’t been okay since the incident, worse part is that she’s unemployed. Since when it’s legal to withdraw money that isn’t yours? The point of freezing an account is to investigate any suspicious activities right? They why did Capitec unfreeze an account without to begin with? Capitec is useless arg
