CAPITEC is USELESS

Since I'm still waiting on a responds since the previous review I will just copy and paste ! Capitec has once again prove how *********** they are!

Copied from previous review- If i could rate 0 I would . Just when i thought capitec was assisting boom they always blaming another party . I am having a up and down experience with Capitec and Cell C. My debit order for my cell c contact was debited twice on the 6 August 2022 I immediately went to the bank to ask why and was told its Cell C and i can reverse the one debit which I did as cell C got their amount due. On 16 August i get calls from cell C saying I did not pay my account . I got several bank statement to prove the funds come from the bank account and Capitec is saying its not Capitec the funds is at Cell C I emailed Capitec on Friday to *********** basically bashing Cell C because CAPITEC is not wrong .... Today I received feedback from CELL C proving they never received the debit order guess what the funds is out of my account so tell me what happened to the money? Cell C is saying its CAPITEC and CAPITEC is saying its CELL C . If there was no prove it was probably ME????? because both parties is good at blaming other then themselves for the *** service.
