Capitec is useless

I am appalled by Capitec service..I called to lodge a dispute of unrecognized transactions. The first consultant hung up on me while I was explaining.The second named Mbali advised that they are going to 🚫 block my card then I have to go to a branch to get a new one why did I call ..at this point I was irate the girl couldn't careless and told me that's just how it is and she hung up on haibo ...haibo this is putrid service to the core.
