Capitec is useless

I'm extremely angry with capitec. I've been trying to get hold of them for a week now to know the status of my loan application. I cannot get through to them. They just keep you on hold. The lady told me that someone named Anelle has been trying to phone back but I've had no calls come through. This was an urgent loan that I needed and not one person is able to assist me? Their WhatsApp service is a joke too. Everytime I get through to someone they transfer me to another department that refuses to pick up their damn phone. What is wrong with you people?
