CAPITEC IS UNSAFE AND NOT RELIABLE

This is the most unsafe and unreliable bank. My mom's September salary vanished in her account. A person in KZN started by deposited money in her account, he further made two transfers into separate accounts using my mom's salary which is her only income. Capitec told us the person was using their banking app, we asked how did the transactions go through whereas the person does not know my mom's Pic? We couldn't get a response. It's been over 30 days trying to fight for capitec to return my mom's money which went missing not due to her negligence but capitec unsafe and poor systems.
