Capitec is this *****??? Or what?

I am furious. Capitec loced a purchase against my daugthers account for Mac and things. She NEVER bought something from them. We dont even know who they are. Capitec tell us..." is was a purchase in September 2024 from Shein." There was a sistem error on their side. Now they are correcting it. Or that is what Capitec selling to us. But the purchase was lock on the app for 8 February 2025. NOT for Shein NOT for September 2024. There was NO communication from the bank to my daughter about this. Now 5 month later there is a diffrent Company, that we did not use, locking the amount. Capitec can not or will not explain this. My daughter already got the package from Shein... how could this be? Shein dont send package without payment... where dit Shein got the money... my daughter did not take a loan from anyone.
