Capitec is the Worst Bank with Zero security on accounts

Poorest Security, Don't trust this bank with your money. I Lost my debit card, I deactivated tap on the app long time ago, and my card has a pin. Little did I know that since my card was probably picked up by someone, spent my savings using my card, no notifications as it Normally notifies me if money goes out or in. But no notifications, I realised when I went in my app to check, I see transactions went through my account. My card has a pin, my card does not tap. How?? Worst of all when I go to the branch in Southgate, useless, and no help at all from the service providers there. Worst bank ever.
