Capitec is the Worst bank to use for forex

Capitec forex department always have excuses when it comes to giving me my money. I made withdrawal to my capitec account on the 8 January 2024, even today I haven't received my money. When I call they say I should wait 7 busi ess days. That 7 business days was Monday even today is Wednesday I haven't received my money. @Capitec I want my money please.

This is the last time I use capitec for forex I never had this issue before but suddenly money takes 7 days before reaching my babk. What a joke
