CAPITEC IS THE WORST BANK TO USE.

My account has been stopped/put on hold for more than a month now and I haven't been able to use any of my funds which are in there. I am in need of money right now but it is unfortunate that I can't use it due to Capitec's incompetence. I've sent tons of emails to different departments trying to get help from Capitec Bank to get my account opened or at least get a reason of why was it stopped from the first place. People warned me about Capitec and I can finally say it myself that I've lost confidence in Capitec Bank in keeping my money safe if they are failing to fix a minor issue like this one.
