Capitec is the worst bank in SA

After taking money without permision from my capitec bank savings account towards a loan that there is an arrangement on. They fail to update the loan status with compuscan credit bureau. This is affecting me negatively in many ways, capitec want their money paid but refuses to play along. Many other institutions accept arrangements and update the credit bureau accordingly but capitec would rather take ones money and force a person into financial ruin by negatively affecting a persons credit score even with arrangements made.
