Capitec is the worst bank !!!

Capitec is by far the worst and silliest bank ever. First of all the internet banking is completely useless. My fone broke and I cant get access to the app but stupidly enough you need to use the two in conjunction. What is the point of that???? Its ridiculous. Secondly telephone banking and internet banking are regostered for seperately. Why??? theres all these stupid hoops customers have to jump through. Thirdly a company keeps debitting my acccount even though Ie cancelled the subscription capitec refuses to stop the debit order and are telling me i have to open a case. I hate this bank with a passion and I cant wait to be done with it. Horrible service.
