Capitec is the Worst bank ever. It doesn’t even deserve to be called a bank. A stokvel is much more organized compared to Capitec

Capitec is the worst bank ever and I regret the day I open that stupid account.infact it shouldn’t even be called a bank at all they are so unprofessional. They failed to do a simple thing. I settled my loan and it’s been 9 days now and they haven’t updated that information on their system and to change my balance to zero since I don’t owe them anything.i was told that I have to escalate my complain to ccs department and after all the proofs and emails I’ve sent. They still giving me the runarounds. They so ***********. A simple thing takes forever to resolve. I will close all the accounts I have with them. They don’t know how to do business Shem they suck.
