Capitec is the worst bank ever

I went to withdraw my last money for transport, the ATM didn't me the cash and said out of order. I waited for 10min. Then called capitec. They referred me to a what'spp customer services for assistance. Waist of time ever. Capitec is a useless bank. I've never experienced such issues with other banks in the past , but I guess that's what you get when you go for cheap things,
