capitec is the worst bank ever

Capitec is the worst let alone for our elderly parents, My mother went to Capitec bank Protea Glen branch this morning at from 09:00 am she was on the que to go inside the bank but the consultants kept coming to ask for people who were there for deposits and never followed the que until 16:00 and the people were returned back home and were told by a consultant that they can send an email to lay a complaint if they are not happy with the rude service that was offered.
