capitec is the worst bank

capitec is the worst bank ever my account has been paused since monday they say due to fica regulations i send them the documents and they keep saying documents are missing once i send what they say is missing they come back saying another document is missing i have sent them more than 19 emails only to get an automated response i hate this bank i want my money and to just close this bank they are of no use i cant go to work no buy electricity i have been in the dark i hate you
