Capitec is the worst bank

Today marks exactly two and a half weeks (going to 3 on Sunday ) since I've been trying to get my money back from capitec.

Last week I wrote a review of the bad service I experienced and I'm still being sent from pillar to post. The complaints management contacted to tell me the very same thing I was told at the bank almost 3 weeks ago, "they're waiting for feedback from the support department " while I still don't have my money.

I have been going up and down to the bank wasting fuel, I want my money and to be compensated. Capitec bank is the worst and don't recommend it
