Capitec is the WORST!

Capitec’s customer service is hands-down the worst I have ever dealt with. You wait forever on the phone, only to be cut off or spoken to by consultants who clearly have no interest in helping. Every time you go into a branch, you’re sent from one person to the next with no answers. Their so-called “help” line is a joke – nobody takes accountability, and issues just drag on for weeks without resolution.

It honestly feels like they don’t care about their clients at all once they have your money. Simple queries turn into endless frustration, and you’re left feeling like you’re begging them to do their jobs. Absolutely pathetic service – I would not recommend Capitec to anyone who values their time or sanity.
