Capitec is the worst
Mobile banking app not working. I have been using the app for years out of Dubai, where I live. Since yesterday I faced login issues and called the call center to be told that it is because I am in Dubai. To crown it all Capitec is willimg to assist me in closing my accounts. What the hell is going on with Capitec. You have my money, I want it and you are not allowing me access to my money and this not on.
