Capitec is the poorest bank they dont care about other their service is the worse ive ever seen

Someone called capitec to close my account and capitec did without even contacting me my family have been dipositing money into that account and capitec was taking the money i ddnt even get a cent and when i caled them they said there was the ***** reported into my account and i told them that the person who called them we were playing stockvel together when thing went bad she decided to close my account so if capitec is the real bank and they are against stockvels they must also close her account because we were playing together while are they only closing mine?
