Capitec is the pits

capitec irritates me , i made a settlement on my loan and paid the whole amount reflecting on my banking app , i sent them emails and calls emails does not get actioned and calls gets dropped in my ear .

i now called and after 3 weeks of sending emails and calling them they now tell me that i need to pay my loan that i already settled in full , i will not be paying a loan that i paid off, and they cant even assist me transferring me to different departments like no one knows what the hell they are doing.

i want my loan closed and a paid up letter sent to me cause i will not be paying interest or any additional fees that was added on the loan.

this is just utter bull****.
