Capitec is the Most unsafe place to bank

On Sunday I went to the ATM at Lansdowne corner to withdraw my funds to pay rent and buy groceries. The total R3500, my money did not get dispensed I stood at the machine for 20 mins nothing I went to check my balance at St bank and it showed my money was withdrawn I contacted the bank via my app, and I logged a query, they said they will get back to me in 24 hrs. I had to call them and find out what's happening, the lady who assisted said she will escalate the query today I thought no go into the branch just to be told that the money was dispensed I want the proof of it I wanna see the ATM video footage of who got the money.Capitec this is not going to happen every day you hear ppl losing their money at your bank I'm not the one I want my hard earned money and I will close my account there after. I'm taking this to the media.
