Capitec is the best and being **** well done

I come to you today to complain, of course, because in 2026 service = complaints. We cannot just have good service these days, so it is what it is. I will be contacting my attorney about this anyway, and Capitec, don’t think you guys are bigger - there is always a bigger wolf out there. Do not mistake kindness for weakness.

The problem is you guys went to the credit bureau, ****ed up my name, and bounced. The fact that we have a law in our country that allows companies to just **** up your name and then be **** back to the customer and not help resolve it is one of the issues I should make a petition about, actually.

You guys closed my account and then told the credit bureau that I am not paying my credit card, and now you’ve ****ed up my name and my credit score because of your own mess. On top of that, you refuse to fix it with the credit bureau, and every single time I call, I cannot reach anyone who knows what the **** they are doing.

This has been going on for way too long already, and the level of incompetence is honestly shocking.

Clear my name, or I will take further action.
