CAPITEC IS SUCH A ****!!!!!

I was dealing with MBD, just when about to make a payment agreement the account was moved to some Taylor attorneys, I challenged the new balance was referred to Capitec and after weeks of back and forth emails and delayed responses from Capitec I got a settlement letter from Taylor attorneys and then they told me the account was being moved and they didn't have the new attorneys. I contacted Capitec and am STILL waiting for someone to attend to my *** so I can close this out and move on with my life. Enough is enough with your games.
